When the order payment is confirmed,

• It takes about 2-5 working days to arrange shipment after placing an order for spot goods (excluding holidays), and it takes about 1-3 days to arrive after shipment.
• We do not accept urgent orders for pre-ordered products. Generally, the order period is about 7 to 29 working days (excluding holidays) for shipment. *The first day is calculated from the day after payment. Sometimes there may be further delays due to production line problems, which will be notified separately. Please do not purchase if you cannot wait to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings.

Our store ensures that the goods have been checked and provided in intact packaging before sending out. Our store will not bear the risk of damage during transportation.
