STEP1. Contact customer service

STEP2. After receiving the return information from the customer service staff, the customer goes to the SF store to send it back

STEP3. We will confirm that the returned product is correct and then proceed with the return/ exchange procedure

If the product is out of stock, we will arrange a refund.

If the product is out of stock and does not meet the free shipping threshold, shipping fees will be charged.

If the product is out of stock and the discount threshold is not reached, you will be asked to make up the discount amount.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

If any item in the order is out of stock, we will not accept cancellation of other items in the order.

Product sizes are all measured manually in CM. Due to different measurement methods, an error of 1-3 cm is within the normal range.

Please read the size chart carefully before placing an order.

The color/ size/ quantity of the product cannot be changed after the order is placed.
